Solution: Make sure you are using an updated version of your browser of choice. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
My Interview Link is not Working
My Microphone Disconnected During Interview
Solution: Ensure that your microphone is properly connected to your device and that it has the necessary permissions to be used. If a message displays that the microphone is disconnected, follow the on-screen instructions to reconnect it.
I'm Unable to Move to the Next Question
Solution: Try refreshing your browser or clearing its cache and cookies. If the problem persists, try resuming the interview on a different browser or device.
I'm Not Able to See Questions on Screen
Solution: Ensure your browser is not zoomed in or out excessively, adjust the size to 100%. Try refreshing your browser or accessing the interview on a different device.
The System Hangs/Crashes During My Interview
Solution: Refresh your browser. If the problem persists, close other tabs or applications to ensure your system is not overburdened. If this doesn't work, your interview likely has problems. Please contact us at support@elevora.io to request a new interview link.
